Booking

Some cases run consultation and procedure on the same day and some split the days, so giving two or more possible dates when booking makes adjustment faster.

The order on the day

Arrival → intake form → consultation → testing → decision → schedule, in that order. Testing is done only when needed, and you may leave without finishing at a decision. Choosing not to decide on the day is also a result of the consultation.
