Time is divided so paths do not cross

All care at Lecell Cheongdam runs by appointment. Partly this is to reduce waiting, but the larger reason is to keep visitors' paths from crossing. Divide the time and the space divides with it.

Space — why the rooms are separate

Treatment, consultation and recovery rooms are run apart. If one room held all three, everything would wait on that room emptying, and the bookings on either side would slip. With the rooms separate, each stage finishes in its own room, and the next person may already have begun in another.

Time — booked in one-hour units

Bookings are set in one-hour units, including when a procedure itself takes less. The remainder is not empty: it goes to consultation, to recovery, and to the gap before the next person. That gap is what keeps a slightly longer appointment from pushing everything after it.

Order — from arrival to leaving

On arrival you are shown to the consultation room first. Once the scope for the day is confirmed, you move to the treatment room; afterwards you rest a while in the recovery room before leaving. How long that rest takes depends on what was done that day, and is told to you beforehand in consultation.

If someone comes with you

Please let us know when booking if someone is coming with you, and a seat will be arranged alongside. Valet parking is available.
